Lab Testing / EMC testing as per DVP/APQP plan for Automobile products components i.e. Switches, plastic injection molded parts.
Adherence to testing schedule periodic Lab Test Plan.
Role Focus (Summary Statement)Lab DICA generation organise meeting for closure of the same with CFT.
To study customer required DVP plans feedback.
To organize maintain testing standards.
Co-ordination execution of testing activities with external laboratories.
Generation Maintenance of Lab reports samples.
To participate in New Product Development activities.
To identify procurement of New Test equipment , fixtures , jigs etc.
Lab test equipment / machine maintenance periodic calibration of the same.
To maintain relevant records of calibration.
Breakdown , repairing / maintenance of all test lab equipment , fixtures , jigs etc.
To make availability of test facilities of internal external customers.
Housekeeping 5S Maintenance of Lab
Participation in ECR / ECN Quality Reviews.
Training to be impart to subordinates.
Knowledge of IATF / ISO Standards
