Position: Executive – Data Analyst Location: Chennai Position Responsibility Daily data review On time data entry Zero data error Minimal data correction Zero error in bills review Daily reports Consistent review with site team Vendor reconciliation On time escalation Good rapport with team Objective of this Role: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk Experience with MS Office and data programs Attention to detail Closely work with site team to get to daily trip challans & reviewing the bills Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations Desired Candidate Profile Fresher / 1 Yr Exp Hindi knowledge (Speak & read) Knowledge in data review, correction & data entry Knowledge in bills processing Knowledge in Hindi Good communication skill Team work / Build rapport with site team MS Office & General ERP knowledge Karthiselvi Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition M: 9384807486 E: karthiselvi.d@refex.co.in
