Hiring Alert | Purchase - Executive/Senior Executive (Intermediates & Solvents)

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Purchase team.

Designation: Executive/Senior Executive (Intermediates & Solvents)
No. of Positions: 1
Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Job Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Education: Any Graduate, or MBA in Supply Chain / Material Management

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end procurement of indirect categories ( as mentioned above )
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

Vendor Management

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contract compliance.
• Resolve vendor issues related to quality, delivery, or billing.

Cost Control & Compliance

• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and approval matrices.
• Track spend and identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for indirect spend.

Documentation & Systems

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Work with ERP / procurement systems for PO creation, GRN, and invoice processing.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QC , QA, R&D, Finance) to understand requirements

Desirable Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of indirect procurement categories
• Cost analysis and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QC , QA, R&D, Finance) to understand requirements.
