Job Description
Desktop Support - L1 - Mumbai (Andheri East) - Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Resolve hardware, software, network, email, and Outlook issues.
- Handle user incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA compliance.
- Install software, antivirus, patches, and system updates.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 support and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
