Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Third Party Collections Executive to manage outbound collection calls for US-based clients.
The role involves negotiating payment arrangements, ensuring compliance with collection regulations, and achieving recovery targets while maintaining a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle outbound collection calls to US customers for overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery of dues
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and maintain regular communication
- Adhere to compliance standards (FDCPA guidelines and company policies)
- Update customer records and payment status in CRM systems
- Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally
- Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when required
