- Responsible for Shift Production - Cold Flow
- Train, educate and allocate manpower in Cold flow to achieve highest standards of quality and Production as per machine capacity
- Carry out internal audits for 5S, Kaizen, TPM
- Allocate manpower on operations in cold flow
- Tool management and MIS
