Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design mechanical components and assemblies for BLDC/PMSM motors, drone motors, actuators, and electromechanical systems.
- Create 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
- Define tolerances, fits, GD&T, bearing seats, shaft fits, runout, and critical assembly dimensions.
- Design fixtures, jigs, tooling, and assembly aids required for prototype and production work.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience or project exposure in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA.
- Good understanding of 2D manufacturing drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, fits, surface finish, and material selection.
