Aster Pharmacy (India) is looking for Senior Executive - Marketing to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As a Senior Executive in the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to contribute to brand building and lead generation Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc) Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives Content Development:Create compelling and targeted content for marketing materials, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication channels Digital Marketing:Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns Utilize analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing activities and optimize for results Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences Use research insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and sponsorships Ensure seamless execution and maximize opportunities for brand exposure Collaboration with Sales:Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support the sales process Provide sales enablement tools and resources Brand Management:Contribute to brand building efforts and ensure brand consistency Monitor and manage online and offline brand presence Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators
