Job Description
We are hiring for a HR Business Partner role for our client, a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Advise managers on performance management and employee relations
- Lead organisational development and change management initiatives
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions
- Support leadership in building a strong organisational culture
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of talent management and org development
- Data-driven approach to HR decision-making
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience managing employee relations at a senior level
Good to Have:
- MBA in HR
- Experience partnering with senior leadership
- Exposure to HR analytics and workforce planning tools
