Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Operate production equipment such as washing, sterilization, filling, capping, and sealing machines.
- Execute equipment cleaning and sanitization as per SOPs.
- Assist in aseptic manufacturing operations in classified cleanroom areas.
- Record production activities accurately in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety procedures at all times.
- Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
- Wear appropriate gowning and maintain aseptic practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in aseptic filling, vial washing, depyrogenation tunnel, autoclave, visual inspection, or lyophilization operations is preferred.
