Job Description

Position: Asst. Manager/ Manager-Sales HR Business Partner (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)

Role:

- The Sales HR Business Partner will work and partner with the sales force and manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle with the objective of acquiring, engaging retaining talent and implementing and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness & support business growth.

- This role includes, increasing workforce capability through inputs on sales organizational design and structure, facilitating change management, strategic / routine staffing, talent management, succession planning, etc.

- Work with the Talent Acquisition COE for recruitment of open roles

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness

- Address and resolve employee issues, address conflicts, if any

- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met

- Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition scheme optimization

- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement

- Support in performance management, compensation etc

- Manage HR Analytics / Dashboard

- Plan & execute HR Connects across geographies to have insights on people pulse & take pro-active steps.

- Work on Sales Incentive Policy & implementation

- Lead in building an healthy working environment by creating sense of Belonging, Ownership & Care.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- Should have 4-6 Yrs. of relevant experience in Sales HR

- Prior Experience in HR business partnering with the sales and marketing population

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Stakeholder Management Skills

- Willingness to Travel
