Role & responsibilities

Architectural Project Manager

• Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to keep projects within budget.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and perform regular quality audits to ensure project quality is maintained.
• Contract Administration: Negotiate and administer contracts with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensure design integrity, and make necessary modifications to design to meet project requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project reports and status updates for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
