Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Integration Engineer specializing in precision assembly for aerospace and optical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the bonding, integration, assembly, alignment, and testing of systems within aerospace platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in reading engineering drawings, precision assembly, and aerospace system integration.

Perform assembly, integration, and alignment of subsystems and payloads for aerospace/space applications. Collaborate with design, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to support end-to-end payload integration.
Handle cleanroom assembly processes with strict adherence to contamination control protocols.
Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during assembly and testing phases.
Support documentation including integration plans, assembly drawings, alignment logs, and test reports.
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards (AS9100 / ECSS / ISO).

data-qualification

Diploma/Bachelor s in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in mechanical assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) within aerospace, defence, or space industry.
Strong knowledge of precision mechanical assembly.
Experience in cleanroom operations (ISO 5/6/7).
Knowledge of aerospace standards and documentation processes.
