• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Integrations, and Advanced Scripting.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions, developing integrations with third-party applications, configuring Discovery, and creating custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for infrastructure and application service mapping.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
• Create and maintain custom scripts including:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• UI Actions
• Scheduled Jobs
• Flow Designer
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues, credential problems, and MID Server performance.
• Configure CMDB classes, Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and Discovery patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery and CMDB.
• Knowledge of MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Integration Skills
• REST API and SOAP Web Services development.
• Integration with third-party tools and enterprise applications.
• Experience in data import/export, Transform Maps, and Import Sets.
• Scripting Skills

Strong proficiency in:

• JavaScript

• Catalog Scripts
• Ability to develop reusable and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Discovery and IntegrationHub certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, or ITOM modules.
