We are seeking a qualified and experienced Inspector for one of our esteemed client.

Designation : Engineer

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineer

Years of Experience : 8 to 12

Mandatory Skills : refractory Inspector,AI936

Role :

• Inspection, on-service Refractory lining assessment, identifying damage/degradation/deterioration mechanism and provide best solution and engineering.
  Recommends best solution and repairing procedure.
• Preparing Engineering document, Application procedure, BOQ etc.
  Monitor the installation, inspection, testing and repair of refractory linings to ensure that they comply with applicable codes, standards, and specific job requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of execution plan including design details and quality standards.
  Inspection report preparation as per QAP/ITP.
  Mock Up & APQ test.
• Packaging and storage requirements.
  Surface preparation and cleanliness requirements.
  Anchor: welding, layouts, patterns, materials selection.
  Frequency and methods of production sampling: gunning, casting, hand packing
• Water addition: quantity and temperature, mixing procedures.
  Water certification.
• Fiber addition: percentage, material, mixing.
  Installation environmental controls (minimum and maximum temperatures) water as well as weather temp.
• Foam work/shuttering requirement.
  Gunite procedures and equipment, including variables that affect gunite quality (i.e., air pressure, humidity, temperature, aging, water pressure, water purity, additives)
  Vaibro Casting -procedures and equipment (e.g., air vibrator, vibrator frequency, vibrator setup, forming, and setup) Ramming and hand packing procedures and equipment.
  Single & duel layer casting.
