Job Role and Responsibilities:

The Senior Content Manager will lead the development and governance of high-quality content across marketing campaigns, product communication, investor education, digital journeys, and operational messaging.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, combined with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and compliant communication for retail investors.

This position will also play a key role in improving content productivity through the use of CMS systems, analytics, SEO frameworks, and AI-assisted content tools, while ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Governance

• Develop and maintain a content strategy across investor education, marketing campaigns, product communication, and app/website journeys.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and compliance across all customer-facing communication.
• Establish content guidelines and best practices for financial communication clarity and regulatory adherence.

Investor Education & Financial Simplification

• Translate complex investment concepts such as equities, derivatives, ETFs, mutual funds, commodities, and portfolio strategies into simple and engaging content.
• Build structured investor education frameworks across formats such as:

articles and explainers

videos and webinars

infographics

podcasts and newsletters

Digital Content Management

• Manage publishing workflows using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Coordinate with design, product, compliance, research, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Oversee content optimisation across website, app, emails, social media, and push notifications.

Performance & Optimisation

• Use analytics tools to evaluate content performance across:

engagement

traffic

lead conversion

investor education effectiveness

• Work with SEO and growth teams to improve organic discovery of financial content.

AI-Assisted Productivity

• Integrate AI tools into the content workflow to improve:

research

drafting
