Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic, business-oriented, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership and drive organizational effectiveness.
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, helping translate business priorities into execution, improving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring key initiatives move forward effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses strong business acumen, structured thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact priorities simultaneously.
The role requires a blend of strategy, coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination & Execution
- Drive alignment and execution of key business priorities across functions.
- Track organization-wide goals, strategic initiatives, and leadership action items.
- Ensure timely follow-through on decisions and business reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency.
Leadership & Executive Support
- Work closely with senior leadership to improve effectiveness and decision-making.
- Support prioritization of critical business initiatives and leadership engagements.
- Prepare briefing notes, business reviews, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Act as a trusted thought partner for strategic and operational matters.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead and support high-priority projects that cut across departments.
- Drive special initiatives including process improvement, organizational planning, business transformation, and operational efficiency projects.
- Coordinate across functions such as operations, finance, HR, sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across leadership and business teams.
- Support preparation of internal communication, strategic updates, leadership presentations, and board materials where required.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and ensure clarity on priorities and timelines.
Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Conduct analysis, gather business insights, and support leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Identify risks, gaps, and execution challenges and recommend solutions.
- Support leadership with data-backed recommendations and structured problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, program management, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical, organized, and execution-oriented.
- Ability to work under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
