The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
• Manage manpower allocation and productivity on site.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Track material deliveries, storage, and utilization.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare progress updates.
• Coordinate client and consultant site inspections.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience in site execution, finishing works, and vendor coordination.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
