Job Description

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications/modules using scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
  • Implement end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes for hardware and software assets.
  • Configure software normalization, reconciliation, and license management processes in SAM Pro.
  • Manage hardware inventory, procurement, stockrooms, contracts, and lifecycle tracking in HAM Pro.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools such as SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Snow, or discovery tools.
  • Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management data models.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
  • Support audits, software compliance, and asset optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
  • CMDB & Discovery
  • Flow Designer & Integration Hub
  • Service Catalog & Workflows
  • JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with software normalization and reconciliation processes.
  • Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance management.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, or procurement systems.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
