Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate deep technical expertise, answer scenario-based questions confidently, and possess a strong professional network. Prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be considered a strong advantage.

MandatoryKey Skillset

• Java 8, 11, 17 Hands-on coding, syntax, and problem-solving (Mandatory)
• Spring Boot Strong development experience (Mandatory)
• Microservices Design and implementation (Mandatory)
• SQL / Relational Databases Strong knowledge and hands-on experience
• JPA / Hibernate ORM technologies
• API Development RESTful services, JSON
• Unit Testing JUnit, integration testing frameworks
• Build Tools Gradle/Maven
• Agile Methodologies Practical experience in Agile environments

Good to Have:

• Message Queuing (RabbitMQ preferred)
• Healthcare domain knowledge

• Proven hands-on software development experience (8+ years)
• Strong working experience in Java development (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices (5+ years)
• Experience in developing web applications using frameworks such as JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and build integration
• Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle/Maven
• Experience with Message Queuing (RabbitMQ preferred)
• Experience with JSON and related technologies
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Create tasks, analyze requirements, and provide effort estimations/story points
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and presenting solutions for architectural review

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerization
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
