Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Aligned with US overlapping hours)

Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Intern to support our US Recruitment operations. Operating from our Mumbai office, you will help drive our talent acquisition efforts and gain hands-on exposure to global sourcing strategies and end-to-end recruitment lifecycles in the technology and sales domains. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to navigate international talent pools and build a strong foundation in corporate HR.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Screening: Utilize global job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to source high-quality candidates for specialized US roles (e.g., Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical positions).
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate communication skills, cultural fit, and basic technical/role alignment.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between US candidates and internal hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience across time zones.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously to track candidate progression.
Market Research: Assist the talent acquisition team in mapping target companies and tracking talent pool trends within the US software and enterprise sales markets.

Requirements Qualifications

Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant Bachelors degree.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for interacting with US candidates).
Availability: Must be comfortable working the fixed shift of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Interests: A keen interest in global recruitment, international HR practices, and corporate talent acquisition frameworks.
