Education

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage statutory compliance activities including PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, and other related compliances.
• Assist in payroll operations and coordinate payroll-related inputs, documentation, and updates.
• Coordinating and managing insurance-related queries, along with maintaining insurance data and documentation.
• Manage HRMS (DarwinBox) updates while ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records and data.
• Handle employee resignation processes, exit formalities, and related documentation seamlessly.
• Coordinate with regional HRBPs to ensure smooth retail and corporate HR operations.
• Process Full & Final (FNF) settlements within defined timelines.
• Assist with Form 16 activities, employee documentation, and compliance-related processes.
• Maintain organized HR records and ensure timely closure of operational activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of PF, PT, ESIC, payroll, LWF, and statutory compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms; experience in DarwinBox will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management and exit processes.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
