Job Description:

Enlink Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive IT Hiring to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and excellent knowledge of technical hiring across various technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
• Hire for positions such as Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst, UI/UX Designer, etc.
• Work on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent staffing requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer release, and joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
• Understand technical skillsets and current IT market trends.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
