Job Description
As a HR at Adnet Global, you will be responsible for HR operations and end-to-end payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including Joining, induction, onboarding and exit formalities.
- HR Administration: Preparation of all HR documents and contracts.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Support the development and enforcement of company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
- HR Systems Management: Administer HR software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all employees.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive company information.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role.
- Should be an expert in Advance Excel.
- Deadline-Oriented: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
- Preferably looking for male candidates.
