Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. End-to-end payroll processing through biometric attendance records and Excel-based payroll management.
2. Handling complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
3. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF).
4. Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and labor dispute resolution.
5. Preparation and maintenance of muster rolls and attendance records.
6. Working knowledge of TDS and payroll-related deductions.
7. Drafting and issuing various HR letters including appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer, increment, and experience letters.
8. Formulating HR policies and preparing annual holiday calendars.
9. Managing workforce strength of 400500 employees.
10. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
11. Handling compliance documentation related to Factory License, Contract Labour License, and other labor law requirements.
12. Assisting employees and workmen with PF withdrawals, ESIC claims, and other statutory benefit processes.
13. Processing Leave Encashment, Bonus, Gratuity, Full & Final Settlement, and other employee benefits.
14. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions.
15. Preparation of payroll reports and manpower reports for all departments.
16. Enrolment and maintenance of employee records in biometric attendance systems.
17. Coordinating with Accounts Department and Labour Department for payroll, compliance, and statutory matters.
18. Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers as per legal requirements.
