CGCEL is looking for a Chief Information security officer. The candidate will be responsible for leading the company's Cyber Security, IT compliance, Data governance, and IT Risk & Audit management functions.

The role will include primary responsibility for defining, creating, and managing IT security and organizational policies and standards and regulatory compliance needs as well as general IT and organizational infosec best practices working closely with the CIO & IT Head to align Security with business objectives.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the overall security strategy and establish company-wide standards and controls, including directing updates or creation of related policies, procedures, programs, and guidelines to ensure company-wide information security and Compliance.
• Manage or monitor the policies deployed in the Security solutions like Next Gen Firewalls, Advanced Web Protection, Endpoint Threat Protection and Email ATP.
• SOC/SIEM Monitoring and controls.
• Overlook DLP and Privacy RoadMaps and compliance.
• Lead technical risk assessments for new and existing services and for global IT infrastructure Projects.
• Oversee the continued development of a corporate security awareness and training program to ensure that cyber security policies and procedures and best practices are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced.
• Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations.
• Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns.
• Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems.
• Security operations: Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and triage when something goes wrong.
• Keeping ahead of security needs by implementing programs or projects that mitigate risks.
• Manage technical risk assessments for new and existing services and for IT infrastructure.
• Support in all the IT integrations with all the IT applications
• Manage Various IT vendors relayed to procurement and services.
• Overlook ITGC Audits (Internal & External)
• Responsible for implementing the information security program (IRIS)
• Managing and overlooking the Yearly CPM & VAPT exercises with Partner Support.
• Enhance an information security management framework for the Org.
