- Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Responsible for detailed manpower requirement analysis for various projects under DVP (HCS), including CWC, Apla Dawa Khana, NHM, and other assigned projects, in coordination with respective departments and project teams.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other appropriate recruitment sources.
- Screen and shortlist suitable CVs based on project-specific requirements, qualification criteria, experience, and skill sets.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability, willingness, availability, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments on a daily basis and ensure smooth communication between candidates and departmental interviewers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for selection confirmation, joining dates, and documentation requirements.
- Issue offer letters through the Strategic Partner (SP) as per approved sanctions and coordinate for acceptance.
- Complete joining formalities including documentation verification, onboarding coordination, and system entry for newly joined employees.
- Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed recruitment-related MIS including open positions, sourced profiles, shortlisted candidates, interviews conducted, selections, joining status, and pending vacancies.
- Regularly update recruitment trackers and share timely MIS reports with respective divisions and senior management as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency while maintaining recruitment records.
- Attendance Processing
- Handle end-to-end attendance processing for HCS operations.
- Compile attendance data received from various project locations and verify the accuracy of records.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies in coordination with operations teams and the Strategic Partner before final submission.
- Coordination with Strategic Partner (SP)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related communication with the Strategic Partner.
- Compile and share finalized attendance data with the SP for payroll processing within defined timelines.
- Share increment letters, salary revision details, and approval documents with the SP for implementation.
- Communicate employee separation details such as resignations, terminations, and non-renewals to the SP.
- Coordinate with the SP for generation and issuance of offer letters to prospective candidates as per approved sanctions.
- Performance Appraisal Process
- Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process for Lab Project TPC employees.
- Collect appraisal inputs, coordinate with reporting managers, and ensure timely completion of the appraisal cycle.
- Maintain appraisal records and share relevant data with concerned stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Employee Data Management
- Manage the complete onboarding procedure for new joiners, ensuring all required documents are collected, verified, and recorded.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and documentation standards.
