Pay Details:

Basic pay range:

For Junior Manager, Rs. 20000-40000 /-

For Associate Manager, Rs. 25000 - 45000 /-

Gross Salary:

For Junior Manager, Rs. 40220.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

For Associate Manager, Rs. 50275.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the

scale.

Annual CTC:

For Junior Manager, Rs. 5.83 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

For Associate Manager, Rs. 7.22 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the

scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.5.83 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential : MSc (MLT) / PGDMLT / BSc (MLT) / DMLT

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential:

For the post of Junior Manager:

• For Postgraduate and Graduate holders: Freshers can apply

• For Diploma holders: Minimum 5 year of post-qualification experience in a

medium-sized laboratory as a Lab Manager or Lab In-charge. NABL experience

is preferred.

For the post of Associate Manager:

• For Postgraduate and Graduates holders: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification

experience in a medium-sized laboratory as a Lab Manager or Lab In-charge.

NABL experience is preferred.

• For Diploma holders: Minimum 7 year of post-qualification experience in a

medium-sized laboratory as a Lab Manager or Lab In-charge. NABL experience

is preferred.
