Position - Branch Sales Manager
Grade - Deputy Manager
Reporting to Circle Sales Head

Ltd. which combines the unparalleled distribution network, customer trust of SBI with cutting edge technology and services of the Hitachi Group. SBI Payments has been in acquiring business since 2010 and currently has over 37 lakh merchant payment acceptance touch points and processes transaction value of over Rs.1.5 lakh Crore per annum. The Company envisages to be the market leader in digital payments acceptance solutions to merchants in India as well as in Asia.
Qualification
Graduation. Postgraduates will be preferred.
Experience
The candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the sales & relationship functions.
Domain Knowledge Competencies
- She/he will also focus on expansion and acquisition of merchants within the zone regions assigned.
- Improve customer satisfaction and drive business volumes of merchant relationship.
- Provide Leadership directions to the sales team.
Position Objective / Responsibilities
- Leading a set of sales teams through Current Account Opening and Merchant Acquiring products.
- Liaison with TB HUB Banking Channel for team for Current Account Opening and end to end closure of Bank Leads and conversion.
- Overviewing service delivery for merchant relationship mapped to HUB locations.
- Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue.
- Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing business.
- Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention.
