Position - Deputy Manager

Grade - Deputy Manager

Reporting to AVP Finance

Location- Mumbai

Qualification - CA/CA-Inter (Cleared) preferred.

Experience - 7+ years experience

Domain Knowledge Competencies

Experience in the field of Audit Management, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning, Leadership & Team Development and Communication & Collaboration

Position Objective / Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and strengthen internal controls.
• Review Escrow account on daily basis and manage the funds requirement.
• Review stakeholders reporting
• Review quarterly claims submitted to SBI
• Actively involved in to SSA rate finalisation process of the company.
