Job Description
We are a well-established IATA-accredited freight forwarding and time-critical logistics company with offices across Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi. We specialise in international air freight, OBC, NFO, air charters and express courier solutions.
We are looking for Commercial Operations professionals in Air Freight to drive client acquisition, business development and commercial coordination for our international air freight and time-critical logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business across international air freight, express courier and time-critical logistics
Promote OBC, NFO, air charter, door-to-door courier and freight forwarding services
Identify and target exporters, importers, MNCs, Indian freight forwarders and B2B customer segments
Build and maintain client relationships to generate leads and grow revenue
Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with clients
Coordinate with operations, hub and terminal teams for smooth shipment execution
Manage customer onboarding, commercial agreements and credit coordination
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements
Support sales collateral, service presentations and CRM activity
Essential Requirements:
Experience in air freight sales, freight forwarding sales, international courier or logistics business development
Strong B2B client acquisition, negotiation and relationship management skills
Good understanding of air freight commercials, pricing and import-export logistics
Comfortable with client visits, travel and field activity
