Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and travel directions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and services.
  • Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Maintain guest records and feedback in the system accurately.
