Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and travel directions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and services.
- Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.
- Maintain guest records and feedback in the system accurately.
