Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality systems.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress.
- Ensure all quality procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
