Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality systems.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
