Position: Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Executive

Location: Gujarat (Local Candidate Preferred)

Territory: Entire Gujarat Region

Reporting To: General Manager Sales Head Office: Mumbai

CTC: Salary + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete sales activities across Gujarat territory.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Identify and penetrate key accounts in Automotive, Engineering, Heavy Industries, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.
• Promote acoustic engineering and industrial solution offerings to customers.
• Conduct customer visits, plant meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Prospect customers through field activities, references, cold calling, industrial associations and exhibitions.
• Develop relationships with Plant Heads, Production Heads, Maintenance Heads, Project Heads, Purchase Heads and Quality teams.
• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and monthly forecast.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals and solution discussions.
• Handle negotiations and support commercial closures.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Local candidate from Gujarat preferred & Mumbai/Pune/Nasik
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 2-8 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
• Experience in Acoustic Engineering, Industrial Projects, Capital Equipment, Engineering Products, HVAC, Noise Control, Automation or Industrial Solutions preferred.
• Strong network in Gujarat manufacturing and industrial sectors is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across Gujarat.
• Self-driven and capable of independently handling the territory.
