Role & responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring optimal functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage vendors and service providers related to facility maintenance.
Security Management & Housekeeping
- Supervise security operations to ensure safety of premises, employees, and assets.
- Manage housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency preparedness protocols.
Space & Workplace Management
- Plan and manage office space utilization, seating arrangements, and workplace layout.
- Coordinate movement, expansion, and workplace modifications as per business needs.
- Ensure an efficient, employee-friendly working environment.
Conferences & Meetings Management
- Coordinate and manage high-end conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
- Ensure availability of meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering, and administrative support.
- Provide end-to-end support for senior management and client meetings.
