Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CASA value build-up and achieve new client acquisition targets.
- Cross-sell banking products including Loans, Insurance, Investments, POS, CMS, and Digital Banking services.
- Increase product holding per customer through effective profiling and engagement.
- Promote digital onboarding (Mobile/Net Banking, Bill Pay, SIPs).
- Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain high NPS scores.
- Manage branch operations including vault custody, cash handling, EOD reconciliation, and report maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
- Prior experience in branch banking or customer relationship roles preferred.
