Job Description

Managing VIP customers.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and all other aspects of customer service.
Assist in floor moves
Communicate customer requests to management
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Coordinate and multi task with team throughout the store and perform all functions as set forth above
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience is an event coordination or banquet coordination.
Ability to work with children
Ability to organize and prioritize work, manage time and multitask
Ability to communicate with associates and customers
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

* Experience in hotels banquets and restaurants will be an added advantage.
