Summary:
The Sales Coordinator job requires management of B2B Sales leads for timely revenue generation. This will involve quotation generation, OEM order placement, order fulfilment and post sales coordination with technical implementation, support and billing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with customers and sales partners to ensure timely order closure.
- Coordinate with management and OEMs for price quotations and support pricing negotiations.
- Liaise with external logistics teams to track and manage orders requiring physical delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on payments with customers and partners to ensure timely collections.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Manage sales-related documentation, including bank guarantees, bids, SLAs, and tenders.
- Maintain a strong results-driven approach to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance and business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- 25 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in IT/Software or outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales coordination or sales management.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in sales, marketing, technical sales, or tele sales.
- People management skills are an added advantage.
