Job Description:

• Represent Conserve and explain benefits of their services especially MEP Design to prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates, PMCs, etc.
• Assess client requirement and identify appropriate technical solutions and service.
• Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationship with the clientele.
• Travel across the region for business & project management.
• Coordinate projects with clients and internal design team for meeting the deliverables within specify timelines.
• Technical presentation to clients, technical site visit to various projects. Explain drawings and documents as furnished by the deign team to architect/ developer / clients.
• Techno commercial negotiation with clients to book orders and at various stages of deliverables as required.
• Use appropriate judgement to optimally leverage resources to address issues or opportunities.
• To ensure customer satisfaction thereby generating repeat business.

Knowledge Required:

• Statutory national and international codes related to HVAC/Electrical/ELV/Plumbing/ FAPA/IBMS

Design.

• Design /Co-ordination/ Execution experience in all of the services (Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing & Firefighting) for Residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge on building information modelling (BIM) will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in project management consultancy will be added an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge on Auto Cad, MS office (Excel, Word & Power Point etc.), BIM.
• Co-ordination with other MEPF services.
• Excellent communication skills in English and religion language.
• Confident on the MEPF design management/design review.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical.

Experience:

• 9-12-year MEP design management / MEP design coordination /MEP execution.
• Candidates with experience with architect (MEPF)/developer/project management consultancy/MEPFDesign firm / MEP Contracting firm /Building Information Organisation will be highly preferred.Role & responsibilities
