Experience Required:
- 8+ years in Pumps, Valves, UVGI & Air Purification.
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation).
Notice Period:
- Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred.

Job Key Responsibilities:
- Introducing the company to potential clients through direct communication via telephone/ meeting and emails/B2B SALES/CORPORATE SALES.
- Promoting Sales of Air Purification and Environment related Products.
- Providing sales support to other sales staff.
- Generation of New Enquiries & New Customers.
- Lead generation Projects.
- Meeting with Architects, Hoteliers, Corporate, Builders, Key Influencers, Hospital Consultants, Interior designers, Contractors, MEP Consultants etc.
- Monitoring marketing activities, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishing revenue and collection targets.
- Identifying the potential clients based on market research and feedback.
- Maintaining & updating the technical documents, quality manual and standard operating procedures, as required.
- Providing guidance and insight toward the development of Product marketing plans, monitoring installations of product of various Residential & Commercial systems.
- Achieve sales activities towards meetings all objectives set by the company.
- Develop & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales budget and targets.
- Ensure execution of the sales strategy for expansion & retention of the customer base, increasing market share and development of a strong brand proposition.
- Formulate and monitor sales targets and forecasts, set quarterly/monthly targets for each product segment and communicate the same to various sales teams.
- Plan sales events, visits, workshops, etc. for the territory, based on the allocated budgets and targets.
- Identify the new potential territory and appointing Sales Engineer/ Sales Manager to achieve the company's objective.
- Provide inputs for accurate and periodic demand planning to the regional sales head.
- Support sales Engineers in driving sales and managing collections/returns from customers for key/concerning clients.
- Monitor and report progress on sales targets and forecasts for the assigned product segment and territory on a periodic basis.
- Responsible for driving sales, retention, collection in the region.
- Drive reduction in DSO and returns from customers, as well as increase in collections within the credit period in the territory.
- Monitor implementation of the sales strategy through the establishment of mid to long term performance goals and constant review of the same.
- Design guidelines for development of an effective distributor channel & monitor the effectiveness of all channel partners for UVGI systems.
- Build MIS and other daily, weekly, monthly reports (with inputs from Sales Engineers) for the Regional Head to review.
- Maintain a database of customers detailing number of visits, response, probability of acceptance, contact details, etc. and drive updation of the same by Sales Engineers as well.
- Improve sales-related processes, including sales target prediction, sales target consolidation, reduction in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding etc.
- Drive collection of market feedback on the existing products and provide relevant inputs for improvement to the Management.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and stay abreast with competition and trends in the indus.
- Engage closely with the customers and maintain a healthy relationship.
- Focus on building strong relationships with existing/potential customers and get directly involved in customer acquisition and retention for key/difficult customers as highlighted by sales represent.
- Focus on developing a strong brand establishment & penetration for the business' product and promote positive relations with all business partners in the territory.
- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various consignees and distributors.
- Conduct periodic reviews of Sales MIS and other reports prepared by the sales teams and provide guidance for improvement.
- Responsible for work allocation, manpower requirement and development needs identification, performance management, talent movements, and other people-related aspects for the team.
