Job Description
- Safety Management & Compliance: Ensure all onshore/offshore operations strictly adhere to local, national, and international safety regulations, company protocols, and industry standards.
- Permit-to-Work (PTW) Control: Oversee and verify PTW systems, ensuring proper isolations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, gas testing, and managing SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) conflicts.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Facilitate, validate, and conduct comprehensive Hazard Identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments to identify operational vulnerabilities.
- Incident Management: Lead and coordinate prompt responses to safety or environmental incidents. Conduct thorough root-cause analysis (RCA), maintain accurate records, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
