Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor

Preferred candidate profile

With minimum 6 months experience in 360 degree recruitment.
