Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT HR Executive with 3–5 years of proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for IT roles. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various technology stacks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle for both general and niche IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.).
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews for candidates across diverse technology roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Build long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders and external partners.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience, with a strong focus on developer hiring.
• Proficiency in sourcing both mainstream and niche IT skillsets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with various technology stacks (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for specialized roles such as AI/ML, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
• Awareness of current IT recruitment trends and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
