About

A heritage fragrance brand (est. 1860) with a strong US and international retail presence is looking for an E-Commerce Executive (Business Development) to grow its online revenue across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa IndiaMART, etc. and its own D2C website.

This is a growth role, not an operations role. You will be expected to drive sales, expand the brand's marketplace footprint, convert B2B trade enquiries, and take real ownership of e-commerce revenue.

What you will do:

• Grow online revenue across Amazon, IndiaMART, Flipkart, Nykaa and the D2C website
• Onboard brand onto new marketplaces where the brand is not yet present
• Own Amazon Seller Central listings, A+ content, PPC campaigns, pricing, and account health
• Manage IndiaMART catalogue, inbound B2B enquiries, lead follow-up, and trade conversion
• Drive website sales through conversion-optimised product pages and timely promotions
• Identify high-potential products and seasonal opportunities and build sales plans around them
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across all platforms

What we are looking for:

• 1.5 to 4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience with a demonstrable track record of growing online sales
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central or IndiaMart is essential
• Commercial mindset someone who spots revenue opportunities and moves on them
• Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods preferred
• Experience across multiple marketplaces (Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho) is a strong plus
• Strong written English for listings and B2B communication Self-directed and results-oriented this role rewards initiative
