Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and HR operations. Manage employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Lead and mentor HR team to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR processes.Required Candidate profile
5–10 yrs HR experience with strong expertise in recruitment and payroll. Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS required. Experience in BFSI/KPO hiring preferred. Good communication, team handling.More Info
