Role & responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in air import/export, sea freight, and logistics
- Build relationships with importers, exporters, and trade partners
- Pitch freight solutions, customs clearance, and warehousing services
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Meet monthly targets for new business revenue and client acquisition
Preferred candidate profile
- Years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping docs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
