Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Manage and oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOP regulations.
- Monitor processes and document production data.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth operations.
- Handle manpower and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality standards in production.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or Pharma.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry.
- Experience in managing batch processing and production operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and SOP regulations.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
