Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
- Inpatient/Outpatient Billing.
- Overseas/Corporate/Insured/TPA billing.
- Payment Tracking.
- To greet visitors and patients, determine their needs and guide them accordingly.
- Patient Bed Management.
- Coordination with consultants as per their OPD timings related to scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
- Intimation to patients in case of cancellation/rescheduling of appointments.
- Intimation of consultant leaves to the concerned HOD.
- To make future appointments for patients
- To maintain and prepare files, records and reports
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree - Mandatory.
Masters in Healthcare Administration (If have)
