Requirements

• Extensive end-to-end program delivery experience within the Salesforce landscape, including hands-on oversight of CRM implementations and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP and finance platforms.
• Strong change management expertise, with a proven ability to drive user adoption and manage organizational transitions during digital transformation initiatives.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Expert risk management skills, including proactive identification, mitigation, and contingency planning for program-level risks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, specifically in engaging and influencing senior leaders (CXO, Directors) to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and convert discussions into actionable program roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain detailed program roadmaps encompassing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong governance, communication, and reporting framework experience to keep all stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a digitization program involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end user journeys.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage program scope, budget, resources, and risk, ensuring full alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance systems) to create cohesive, end-to-end processes.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance, communication, and reporting frameworks to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication, adoption of changes, and resolution of escalated issues.
• Drive discussions with senior stakeholders (CXO, Directors) to closure, converting strategic inputs into actionable program roadmaps and delivery milestones.
