Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the transformer or electrical industry. The candidate should have strong relationships with builders, electrical contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in the Pune market. The role involves generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for transformers and related electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit builders, electrical contractors, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients regularly.
Identify new projects, tenders, and business opportunities in Pune and nearby regions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with clients.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for quotations, approvals, dispatches, and after-sales support.
Maintain and update customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data using CRM software.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize orders.
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates.
